FP-540 PTFE Fiber Packing--soft (NA)

PTFE fiber packing   PTFE fiber packing in pure PTFE fiber packing but with   Greatly enhanced ability to seal high-speed shafts with the addition Of inactive and heat-resisting agents. It maintains the same features as FP-550F; resistance to chemical and  mechanical Attacks. Great dimensional stability. effective seal with low gland Pressures, etc.
  As PTFE is low in thermal conductivity and big in thermal Expansion. frictional heat is not conducted to the outside of the stuffing box but trapped inside and damages the packing, thus this packing is not recommended for high speed pumps

FP-550F PTFE FIBER PACKING (NA)

  PTFE fiber packing is pure PTFE fiber yam packing braided into square cross section and impregnated with PTFE dispersion. High cross-sectional density and structural strength. Inert to almost all chemicals and has great resistance to mechanical attack. Low coefficient of friction results in easy shaft running. Long service duration is ensured as PTFE yarns are stable and there is no lubricant squeezed out under operating pressure.

FP-540G GRAPHITE - PTFE PACKING (NA)

  Graphite-PTFE packing in a braided packing of PTFE yarn containing graphite particles. Recommended for shafts for almost all chemicals.
  Stability and long service are achieved by low coefficient of friction. Great tear strength and high thermal conductivity. This self-lubricating packing does not score the shaft and minimizes sleeve replacement cost.
  It is to seal alkalis. Solvents. Water, steam. Acids except strong oxidizing acids (aqua regia. fuming nitric acid. fuming sulfuric acid. etc.) for centrifugal pumps. Autoclaves, agitators. Mixers. Etc.
